Ugandan musician T Paul has dismissed rumours of a feud between him and fellow artistes Ray G and Omega 256, saying there is no bad blood between the three musicians.

Speaking in a recent interview with a local television station, T Paul said he maintains a good relationship with both artistes and has no personal disagreements with either of them.

“I have no problem with fellow musicians Ray G and Omega 256. They are the fans spreading the hate between them, but we are good friends as musicians and don't have any grudge with either of them,” he said.

T Paul explained that comparisons between the artistes and rivalry among their respective fan bases have created the impression that the musicians are involved in a personal dispute.

However, he maintained that there is no personal feud between them and urged fans not to turn musical competition into hostility among artistes.

The singer also attributed his peaceful approach to the entertainment industry to the cultural values he grew up with, particularly the importance of humility and remaining grounded.

“You know our culture tells us to be down to earth, and I live with that in my mind always. It has helped me,” he added.

According to T Paul, staying humble has helped him build positive relationships with fellow musicians while navigating Uganda's competitive entertainment industry.
