Omukisa

Song description

“Omukisa” is a deeply personal song for Hajjat Stecia Mayanja, built around her belief that the blessing she carries comes from her mother. The message touches on family, gratitude and the special gifts we receive through the people who raise and support us. Set against Ngoma Nganda and cultural rhythms produced by Brian Beats, the song brings a strong Ugandan traditional feel while keeping Stecia Mayanja’s message at the centre. “Omukisa” is ultimately a celebration of a mother’s influence and the blessing she believes was passed on to her.
