Shacky Rhymes is a contemporary singer/songwriter and performing artist with a great talent for creating songs that heal souls, encourage and inspire listeners. The eclectic talent was born and raised in Makindye, one of Kampala’s musical suburbs in Uganda. At age 5-7, Shacky Rhymes tested the waters as she began singing at her local school choir. With an inherent musical talent and faith, Shacky connects with music as a healing power to herself and her listeners.

In 2020, Shacky perfected her singing and songwriting skills as a backup vocalists and songwriter at “Hytalent Records” a Ugandan Recording Label located in Makindye Kuleekana Road for 2 years before she was signed as a label’s recording artist. With an inspiring sound, energy and youth vibrancy, the 21-year-old Shacky Rhymes is currently working on releasing her first studio Ep “NGAALI” (Crested Crane) is officially set to be released on Thursday 26th - Jan. “NGAALI” consists of 3 tracks Boyfriend OBuffo and Binyumira which elaborates the Story of a young couple in a charming love relationship ’Love Birds’.
